Fundraising forum on 6 February - Torbay's Local Heritage Grant Scheme
Torbay Communities is holding a Fundraising Forum to explore the Torbay Local Heritage Grant Scheme, learn about the application process, find out what support is available, and how you can be a part of this exciting initiative.
The Fundraising Forum will take place on Tuesday 6 February 2024, 2.00 – 4.00 pm at Stage Left, Palace Theatre, Paignton, TQ3 3HF.
Discover how your passion for heritage can make a difference — through ideas like exhibitions, events, or trails. The scheme offers grants of up to £5,000 for activity and £7,500 for capital costs, with an emphasis on social and environmental responsibility. The grant scheme is not just about funding projects; it's about making a lasting impact. Round 2 opens 22 January 2024 and will close 22 March
This event is open to societies, local organisations, and community groups. You do not have to be a history society to make an application. The fund is looking for innovation and encourages communities to come together to tell untold stories about the Bay.
