Culture, creativity and heritage makes Torbay a better place in which to live, work, learn and visit. Torbay Culture was set up with support from Arts Council England to provide strategic leadership for the local culture sector, and progress the cultural strategy which is focused around people and place.
ENGAGING AUDIENCES
Through this work we encouraged and enabled more people to participate and enjoy creativity, culture and heritage in Torbay. We gained insight into local audiences, and barriers to engagement which has informed future work - such as the Cultural Development Fund opportunity 2022-25.
